Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MULTIMATH mobile application and related online services (the "Service") operated by SmoothServ ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MULTIMATH is an educational game for practicing multiplication. Some features are free; optional Premium features require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You may use parts of the Service without an account. An optional account is required for certain features such as live multiplayer and cross-device sync. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Premium auto-renewable subscriptions

MULTIMATH Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks features such as Multiplication Training, Live Challenge, advanced progress statistics, and cloud sync when signed in. Countdown Challenge, Times Tables review, and basic progress remain free.

  • Plans — Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly (names and prices shown in the app at purchase time).
  • Payment — Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Manage or cancel— On iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • Restore— Use "Restore purchases" in the app on the device where you originally subscribed.

Free trials or promotional pricing, if offered, will be described in the purchase sheet before you confirm.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
