Help for the MULTIMATH mobile app
Need help with MULTIMATH? We're here for questions about accounts, gameplay, live challenges, and technical issues.

Please include:
- A short description of the issue
- Your device model and iOS/Android version
- The app version shown in the store or device settings
- Your account email, if the issue is related to sign-in or live play
Common topics
- Sign in & accounts— You can play anonymously or create an account for live challenges and synced progress. Use "Forgot password" flows in the app or contact us if you cannot access your account.
- Email verification — Check spam/junk folders for verification or sign-in codes. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
- Live Challenge — Requires a registered account and an internet connection. Unlock live play by meeting the level requirements shown in the app.
- Progress & training — Level stats and training settings sync when you are connected to the server with an active session.
- Delete account — Registered users can delete their account from the app menu. Deletion is permanent and removes associated progress and live history.
