MULTIMATH
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MULTIMATH ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MULTIMATH mobile application and related online services (the "Service").
1. Who this policy applies to
The Service is designed for learners practicing multiplication. If you are under the age required to consent in your country, use the Service only with permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Device information — a device identifier and platform name used to link progress to your device and keep the app working across sessions.
- Gameplay and progress data — level statistics, table progress, training settings, challenge results, and live match activity.
- Account information (optional) — if you create an account: email address, display name, authentication provider (email, Google, Apple, or Facebook), and password (stored only as a secure hash for email sign-in).
- Verification codes — if email verification, sign-in OTP, or account deletion confirmation is enabled, we process one-time codes sent to your email address.
- Technical logs — basic server logs such as request timestamps and error information needed to operate and secure the Service.
You can use parts of the Service without registering. Creating an account is optional and is required only for features such as live multiplayer and cross-device progress sync.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide gameplay, progress tracking, training modes, and live challenges
- Create and manage optional user accounts
- Send service emails such as verification, sign-in, or account deletion codes when enabled
- Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you request
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service
- Consent — where required for optional account features or marketing communications
5. Sharing of information
We may share information only in these situations:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Service under confidentiality obligations
- Authentication providers — if you choose Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, those providers process information according to their own policies
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you delete your registered account, we delete associated account data from our systems, subject to limited backup retention and legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
In the app, registered users can delete their account from the menu. You may also contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
